Kittens imminent!Our gorgeous Brown rosetted Queen Malika is due to give birth to her and Seal Mink rosetted Stud Rudy's kittens at any moment. Malika's baby bump is lovely and big, and the kittens inside bouncy and active which is a great sign. Despite her kittens being extra energetic inside, Malika is taking it all in her stride and still eating well in order to keep her babies growing and developing right up until the end of her pregnancy. She is taking it easy in these final days and relaxing with her huge bump, soon enough it will be all hands on deck so we are encouraging her to conserve her energy as much as possible for the birth and taking care of her babies once they arrive.
We know there are many people excited and anxious to see what this fantastic pairing produces, and will update the website with information once the kittens have arrived! For now it's a waiting game. Jon @ Wildernesswell :) College visitFreya's kittens are now 13 and a half weeks and are leaving for their new homes over the next few days. Today we took them to the local college and let them have some playtime with teenagers with learning difficulties. The kittens had a lovely time playing and cuddling and meeting everybody and the kids all enjoyed talking about their own pets that they have at home and getting to see bengal kittens for the first time.

 Jon @ Wildernesswell :) KITTENS DUE!Very exciting news from Wildernesswell as we can confirm that we have some (no doubt) stunningly beautiful kittens on the way! Malika is pregnant to Seal Mink stud Rudy, and she is looking very healthy and bigger with each passing day! Malika and Rudy are very fond of each other, and their love story was lovely to watch during their time together. It is always lovely when a pairing get on so well. Look at this gorgeous photo of the pair of them snuggled up on a sofa together.
 We can't wait to see the kittens this pairing produces. Both have fantastic personalities and their type should fit really nicely together and produce some stunning Bengals. Rudy has a sensational head and profile and great markings, and if his kittens are blessed with Malika's gorgeously short and thick tail we will have some stunners! More news about the pregnancy will follow as it comes but for now Malika is being unusually picky with her food - must be pregnancy cravings! - but we are lavishing her with lots of love and attention in preparation for her new arrivals. Nebu is not on our website at the moment, but we will update everybody with news about him once we have some lovely photographs of him. Jon @ Wildernesswell :) Studs and Queens of the weekWe have really enjoyed going through our kitten picture archive to select especially cute ones for our 'Kitten picture of the day' feature. However, as we all know, there wouldn't be any beautiful Bengal kittens without our gorgeous Queens and Studs! Therefore we decided to put the spotlight on one of our Studs and Queens each week as we feel they all deserve their moment!
This week our Queen of the week is the incredibly beautiful brown marbled Halle! Halle has the most expressive wild face - anyone who takes a look at those huge puffy whisker pads couldn't argue with that! She has beautiful sheet marbling on the softest and shiniest of pelts. We adore her! Not only is Halle an absolute delight to look at, but she has a gorgeous personality to match. Halle chirrups and meows her way through the day, getting especially excited when she spies a bird out of the window! Perhaps she is saying hello? More likely it's along the lines of 'you look tasty!' but it is lovely to listen to all the same! Halle is also the most dedicated mother and she loves nothing more than being with her kittens. She is so loving and affectionate with them, and any other kittens who happen to be wandering past! What a gem. Our first Stud of the week is the amazingly handsome Takoda! Takoda is a Seal Lynx spotted Bengal and is a massive, cuddly boy with the most gentle and loving temperament! Not only is his type fabulous to look at, but Takoda makes firm friends with anybody he meets and is the most friendly and approachable boy. Anyone who meets him absolutely loves him including his lady friends, who love spending time with Takoda. He also likes to climb upside down on his scratching posts and resembles a sloth! A huge and beautiful boy who loves life and everybody in it. We look forward to putting more of our beautiful Studs and Queens in the spotlight in coming weeks, and sharing a little bit more about them all! Malika has recently been mated to Rudy and we are waiting anxiously to see if she is pregnant. We can't wait to see what this pairing produces as Rudy is a Seal Mink and Malika, although she is a brown, carries Seal Sepia - so we could be looking at Brown, Seal Mink and Seal Sepia kittens from the two of them!
